The Westerville Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the Westerville area. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages and long-term value.

The Westerville Award Program was established to recognize the best of local businesses in our community. Our organization works exclusively with local business owners, trade groups, professional associations and other business advertising and marketing groups. Our mission is to recognize the small business community's contributions to the U.S. economy.

For a business owner who believes that a small business has not only a responsibility to its own business community, but to the larger surrounding community as well; placing the MileStone Lane-Westerville Center on the market and finalizing the sale of in 2018 was a difficult decision to reach.

As a dedicated, hands-on business owner I believed that while owning both the MileStone Lane Westerville & Sunbury Centers, I simply could neither give the time nor attention that I believed both centers and their larger surrounding communities deserved.

Since then; giving all my time and attention to one, and with the dedication of our staff and their commitment to continuous improvement and to the larger surrounding community; MileStone Lane-Sunbury has become a trusted name in child care with an owner, directors and staff that are committed to advancing our best practices and implemented programs, contributing to, and growing our value within the larger surrounding community.
